1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Week14 educational services ("Services") provided by Week14 Educational Services ("Week14", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website, enrolling in our programs, or using our services, you ("User", "Student", "Parent", or "you") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

We may update these Terms as our services change. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and, where reasonably possible, communicated to active families. Continued use after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Service delivery methods vary by service, location, and the written enrollment confirmation.

2.3 Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service access, but we do not guarantee continuous availability. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and throughout your use of our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

When you provide information about a child, you confirm that you are the child's parent or legal guardian, or that you are otherwise authorized to provide that information and make service decisions on the child's behalf.

3.2 Appropriate Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
  • Share account credentials with unauthorized persons
  • Use our services for commercial purposes without written permission
  • Reproduce, distribute, or modify our educational materials without authorization
  • Upload files or videos that you do not have the right to share, or that contain harmful or unlawful material
  • Engage in any behavior that disrupts the learning environment

3.3 Student Participation

Where applicable, students are expected to participate in their educational services, complete agreed tasks, attend scheduled sessions, and follow service guidelines. Parents and guardians are responsible for supporting the child's participation.

3.4 Communication

You agree to maintain respectful and professional communication with Week14 staff, instructors, and other participants. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

4. Plans & Payment

4.1 Fees and Pricing

Service fees are shown on the applicable pricing page or calculator and confirmed in writing before payment. Pricing configurators are for exploration only; using them does not register a student, activate a service, or collect payment.

The currency displayed by the relevant page or calculator applies. The session-service calculator displays EGP for Egypt and USD for other countries. When a country-specific price is not displayed, Week14 will confirm the price in writing before enrollment. Prices may change for future paid periods with reasonable notice; an active paid period remains governed by its written enrollment confirmation.

4.2 Help Me Study Plans

Help Me Study is provided per child. Fixed and Flexible include the same core service; the difference is the payment commitment:

  • Fixed: EGP 1,000/month, paid quarterly
  • Flexible: EGP 1,400/month, paid monthly

Optional Help Me Study add-ons are not included unless selected and confirmed:

  • Task File & Video Uploads: EGP 1,000/month for a child's tasks that require files or videos to be uploaded directly to Week14, subject to fair use
  • Phonics & Vocabulary Games: Selected games are included for the first month; continued access is optional at EGP 300/month

4.3 Session-Service Plans

IB Private Tutoring and Help Me Read use session-based Fixed and Flexible plans. Their current rates depend on the selected number of sessions, country, and Online or Offline format, as shown by the pricing calculator.

A. Fixed Plan
  • Commitment: A lower-priced structured schedule for consistent progress
  • Payment: Fees are due every four weeks according to the agreed schedule
  • Holidays: Compensated holidays include Eid Al-Fitr, Eid Al-Adha, one week during the mid-year break, and the summer break; additional teacher time off is also compensated
  • Student Cancellation: Make-up sessions for additional student time off are not guaranteed but may be arranged case by case
B. Flexible Plan
  • Scheduling: Intended for families who need more flexibility
  • Payment: Fees are due every four weeks and the schedule is adjusted for session attendance
  • Time Off: Teacher or student time off is compensated according to the agreed schedule
  • Frequent Cancellations: Repeated cancellations may require a plan review or service termination

4.4 Consultation and Payment Methods

The first consultation is free. Paid enrollment begins only after the service, plan, price, and payment schedule have been confirmed. We accept bank transfers, InstaPay, and cash. Payment must be received before the paid service period begins unless an alternative arrangement is agreed in writing.

4.5 Sibling Discount

For eligible Fixed services, one child pays the full price and the second and third siblings enrolled in the same service receive 15% off. The discount does not apply to Flexible plans or Help Me Study. Eligibility is confirmed before payment.

4.6 Cancellation and Refunds

The written enrollment confirmation records the paid period, schedule, and any service-specific exception. Families may give written notice to stop a future renewal. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and does not automatically create a refund for that period.

  • Customized Services: Once a customized service has been scheduled and its paid period has begun, fees for that period are generally non-refundable
  • Medical or Family Emergency: Documented emergencies may be considered case by case
  • Legal Rights: Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded

4.7 Overdue Payments

Services may be paused while an account is overdue. Any late fee or alternative arrangement must be disclosed and agreed in writing; no undisclosed fee will be added.
